Privacy:
Panfoto LLC uses information that you supply only to fulfill your request for products and services, or to contact you. Panfoto LLC  does not rent, sell, or share your information with any other people or companies.

Returns:
All photos have a 45 day refund policy.  If for any reason you wish to return it we will credit your original purchase price in full.  We may ask why you are returning it so we can improve our future services and products.

Delivery:
All photos will be delivered 6-8 weeks after you place your order or after the photo is/was taken, whichever comes last.  If you are placing your order before the photo date it is considered a "pre-order".  Please be advised that pre-orders might be charged before the photo is taken. If for some reason the photo was not taken you would be credited.  If you or your child was not present for the photo session we would also issue a credit upon your request.

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and handling for UNFRAMED photographs is $3.00 per order, regardless of quantity; for FRAMED photographs, $7.00 per order. If you order both FRAMED and UNFRAMED photographs you will only be charged $7.00.
